After an unspecified event with a robot, Ainsley decides he's had enough, and goes on an adventure... Percy then goes on to interview Ainsley about what he's seen, and records it all on a tape player.
"I'll be gone f-for a short while, d-don't worry..."
Had a lotta fun and sanitarily ambiguous moments writing this. Ill-advised all-nighters aside, though, I'm glad how this turned out! I'll definitely continue this storyline further, I'm getting attached to these characters.

ReplyDeleteI recognized some of the characters that you mentioned from your discord server, averill, Clone, Mino (who I know realized, their last name Loom is a reference to the fact that they're a tailor TTOTT), and of course the narrator of this story, Ainsley
Man, I can't believe i just got introduced to these characters, started liking their quirks, even starting to have a bit of favorites, only to find out that they're gonna die 😭😭😭😭
I feel like I may have missed a few things in the story, like I started reading the middle without reading the begining, but even then, I sort of started understanding how these characters behave, even if I didn't havea proper introduction to them, it sort of felt natural to start understanding them and how they acted. I think it shows how fleshed out they are as characters and all, that you don't even need an introduction to start liking them and following their story. I think you did a pretty good job at that.

I can just see the swirl of magic, almost vomitting. it felt almost unhinged with the way Ghee laughed and like sobbed around like damn this guy's emotions are just absolutely everywhere. (I also assume he's the uhhhh psychic roomate or something that Ram has)
